Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations regarding the sale of software products and SaaS subscription services offered electronically via ankarayazilim.org.
Delivery
Digital products and SaaS services are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation. Access credentials are sent to the Buyer's registered email address.
Right of Withdrawal
Per Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal rights do not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form and digital content where performance has begun with consumer consent.
The Seller offers a 14-day free trial during which no charges are made. Cancellation during the trial period incurs no cost.
Payment & Security
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). Card information is never stored by the Seller.
Jurisdiction
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Ankara Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
