Subscription cancellation, refund conditions, and withdrawal rights
Free Trial
- All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial.
- No charges during the trial period. Cancel anytime at no cost.
- After the trial, your selected plan activates and the first payment is processed.
Cancellation
- Cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Service access continues for the remainder of the paid period.
- Cancel via your account dashboard or by emailing info@ankarayazilim.org.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of digital products and SaaS services, statutory withdrawal rights do not apply after service delivery begins.
- If you are unable to use the service due to a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved, a full refund for the affected period will be issued.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
