Terms of Sale

1. Parties

This Sales Agreement is made between Ankara Yazılım (“Seller”) and the individual or entity completing the purchase (“Buyer”).

2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale of software products and SaaS services offered electronically through the Seller's website.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed exclusive of VAT. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription-based products recur per the selected billing cycle.

4. Delivery

Digital products and SaaS services are delivered electronically immediately upon payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Per Turkish Consumer Protection Law and EU distance selling regulations, withdrawal rights do not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with consumer consent. However, the Seller offers a 14-day free trial period during which no charges apply.

6. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Ankara courts, Turkey.
