The Project Story
ASO 1st Organized Industrial Zone needed a digital platform to connect factories with job seekers. The existing system consisted of Excel spreadsheets and manual processes. As Ankara Software, we designed and deployed this project from scratch.
Technical Infrastructure
We built the project with a monolithic structure but modular internal architecture. On the frontend, we used Next.js App Router and TailwindCSS. For the backend, we chose .NET 9 Web API with PostgreSQL.
KVKK Compliance
Since employment agencies process sensitive personal data, compliance with Turkey's data protection regulation was mandatory. All personal data is encrypted with AES-256. Role-based access control ensures each user can only access authorized data.
Results
Job matching time dropped from 3 days to 4 hours. Manual data entry was eliminated. Full compliance certificate was obtained. The system runs 24/7 without interruption.
