Multi-stage machinery production relied on paper work orders, preventing real-time tracking of part costs and CNC machine downtime.
Solution
We implemented shop-floor kiosks, barcode/RFID work-order tracking, multi-level BOMs, and automated Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
